- Packages are shipped through USPS.

- All orders will receive a USPS tracking number via email as soon as package is shipped. We use email you provided through checkout process, make sure you use correct email address.

- Shipping will take 7-14 business days(Monday-Friday)for your order to ship, starting day after order is placed. Not including weekends or holidays. Weather conditions can also alter the shipping time.

- December shipping - Orders made by December 15 will be delivered before Christmas. Any orders made after December 15 are NOT guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas. For more information, please, email us.  

- Poetry and Chill OKC is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen items due to a wrong address or in general. We will not be obligated to refund or replace if package was lost/stolen.​

- Make sure to use your tracking number to know the status on a package.  If your package is stolen/or tampered with it is your responsibility to contact your local postal office/postal authorities. 

​- If you received a wrong order(such as wrong clothing item or size) we ask you return, first, and we will resend order. Return within 7 business days. Notify us within 3 business days of recieving order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

- If you are unhappy with your order, you can get a refund. Order has to be returned within 7 business days. As long as the items are not worn or damaged you will get refunded full amount.

- After 30 days you will not be able to return. WE WILL NEED THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED, FIRST, FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. You will be responsible for return shipping cost.
